TVB: Approved the plan for share public offering The Board resolution dated December 21, 2021, the BOD of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approving to implement the plan for share public offering:
- Exercise ratio: 1:1
- Expected issuance volume: 112,015,461 shares
- Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
- Issuance price: 20,000 dongs/share
- Total value (at par value): VND1,120,154,610,000.
2) Approving the plan for using capital from the issuance:
Total proceeds from the issuance will be used for margin lending activities, securities business investment and supplement of the company’s working capital.
