SSB: SeABank allowed to increase its charter capital

Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) received the approval in writing from the State Bank of Vietnam on the increase in charter capital. Accordingly, SSBV was allowed to raise its charter capital by a maximum of 1,813,116,310,000 dongs by issuing shares to existing shareholders (which was approved by the general meeting of shareholders of SeABank on July 20, 2021).
