ELC: Approved the plan for stock issuance to raise capital The Board resolution dated December 24, 2021, the BOD of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation approved the plan to issue shares for increasing charter capital with details as follows:
- Stock name: Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND509,282,430,000
- Number of shares issued: 50,818,648 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 50,818,648 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 109,595 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 19,843,449 shares; Of which:
+ To issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity (exercise ratio: 100:15): 7,639,236 shares
+ To offer shares existing shareholders (exercise ratio: 100:22) : 11,204,213 shares
+ To issue shares under ESOP with the issue price of VND10,000/share: 1,000,000 shares
- Purpose of using capital from the issuance: to supplement its working capital, to invest in technology research and expand business production.
- Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
