On December 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

2)      Stock type: common share

3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)       Expected issue volume: 3,000,000 shares

5)      Total issue value: VND30,000,000,000

6)      Issue ratio: 4.1%

7)      Issue price: VND10,000/share

8)      Implement date: in Quarter 4,  2021.
