The Board resolution dated December 20, 2021, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of contributed capital from Miaqua Water Company Limited to Global Mind Commodities Trading Pte. Ltd. Details are as follows:

-          Contributed capital value: VND4,500,000,000

-          Ratio/charter capital: 100%

-          Transfer value: VND4,500,000,000.
