DNSE: Resolution on capital increase

On December 16, the General Meeting of Shareholders of DNSE Securities JSC (DNSE) approved to raise the Company’s charter capital to VND3,000,000,000,000 by offering shares to the existing shareholders in Quarter I of 2022.

-          Maximum offering volume: 200,000,000 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Expected issue value:  VND2,000,000,000,000.

-          Exercise ratio: 1:2

-          Issue time: Quarter I of 2022.
