BiBICA Corporation received the Official Dispatch No.8903/UBCK-QLCB dated December 24, 2021 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the approval of the dossier of registration for stock issuance to swap shares for shareholders of non-public Joint Stock Company of BiBICA Corporation (BBC).
