HPX: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On December 02, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the agreement between the Company and its subsidiary Ruby Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd. so that Ruby Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd.  could use assets to guarantee the bonds of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company.
