NHA: Board resolution on issuing new shares On December 06, the Board of Directors of Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation approved a public offering of shares as follows:
- Outstanding volume: 28,116,550 shares
- Estimated issue volume: 14,058,275 shares
- Exercise ratio: 2:1
- Object of the issuance: existing shareholders
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
The Board of Directors approved the adjustment of the plan for the use of proceeds from the public offering:
- Total estimated proceeds: VND140,582,750,000
- Projects:
- Hoa Mac Hotel Project: VND85,582,750,000;
- Moc Bac Residential Project: VND40,000,000,000’
- Hoa Mac BT Project: VND15,000,000,000.
