APEC: Decision on tax penalties

ASIA - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company (APEC) has announced the decision dated November 19, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City regarding the administrative sanctions on taxes as follows:

-        Fine: 54,704,896 dongs;

-        Corporate income tax arrears: 120,374,569 dongs

-        Personal income tax arrears: 153,149,910 dongs

-        Late payment interest: 8,161,396 dongs.
