According to Resolution No.530 and No.531 dated October 27, 2021, the Board of Directors approved the contracts between Vietcombank and FPT Infomation System Co., Ltd. (the related person of Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors) for the following packages:
