BID: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

According to the Board decisions on October 28, 2021 and October 29, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved the following plans:

-          Plan and contract for leasing a part of temporarily unused area at Son Tay Branch Office;

-          Plan for leasing a part of temporarily unused area at Nam Dinh Branch Office at 92C Hung Vuong, Vi Xuyen ward, Nam Dinh city, Nam Dinh province; and an office leasing contract between Nam Dinh Branch and BIC Bac Bo.

Leasing the temporarily unused area at 263 Cau Giay, Ha Noi.
