HU1: Cancellation of obtaining shareholders’ opinions

On October 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company decided to stop obtaining shareholders’ written opinions. Therefore, the announcement of record date (November 10, 2021) will be cancelled. The Company will obtain shareholders’ written opinions at the nearest annual general meeting of shareholders or at another appropriate time.
