The Board resolution dated October 26, 2021, the BOD of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company approved the plan for the stock issuance under ESOP with details as follows:

-          Stock name: Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,000,000 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): 10,000,000,000 dongs

-          Issuance ratio: 0.46%

-          Issuance price: VND10,000/share

-          Time of implementation: within 45 days, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the issuance.

-          Consulting organization: Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company (BVSC).
