VSH: Reminder of information disclosure

On September 30, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the information disclosure document from Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company regarding the Board decisions on loan agreements with related parties from February 26, 2020 to November 30, 2020. 

Pursuant to Point i, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BCTC, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company was slow to announce the decisions of the Board of Directors. Therefore, HOSE issued an official document to remind and ask Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information in the stock market.
