APG: Reminder of information disclosure

On October 19, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Board resolution dated April 06, 2021 by APG Securities Joint Stock Company regarding the capital transfer from Mr. Vuong Ngoc Nguyen (a related person) and Mr. Nguyen Ho Hung (an insider).

Pursuant to Point j, Clause 1, Article 11 of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Ministry of Finance on the regulations on information disclosure in the stock market, APG Securities Joint Stock Company was slow to announce the Board resolution dated April 06, 2021. Therefore, HOSE issued an official document to remind and ask APG Securities Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information in the stock market.
