THI: Reminder of information disclosure

On October 18, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received a document from Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company regarding the postponement of the 2020 dividend payment. 

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 135 of Enterprise Law 59/2020/QH14, Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company violated the regulation on dividend payment. Therefore, HOSE requested Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information in the stock market.
