HDB: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

On September 16, 2021, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the following contents:

1)      Approving the plan to raise its charter capital from stock issuance under ESOP according to Proposal No.09/2021/TTr-HĐQT dated August 30, 2021. Accordingly, the additional charter capital to VND400,000,000,000.

2)      Approving the Regulation on holding the General Meeting of Shareholders online and electronic voting.

-          Internal regulation on Corporate Governance;

-          Regulation on the BOD’s activities.

3)       Approving the Regulation on the Supervisory Board’s activities.
