AGM: Reminder of dividend payment 2020

On August 17, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Board Resolution No.41 dated August 17, 2021 by An Giang Import - Export Company regarding the approval for the postponement of the 2020 dividend in order to focus capital on production and business activities and the 2020 dividend payment will be made in the first half of 2022.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 135 of the Law on Enterprises No.59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020: “4. Dividends must be paid in full within 6 months from the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors shall make a list of shareholders who are entitled to receive dividends, determine the level of dividends to be paid for each share, the time limit and form of payment at least 30 days before each dividend payment…". The Company violated regulations on dividend payment.

To ensure the interests of the Company's shareholders and investors, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminds the Company to strictly comply with legal regulations on the stock market.
