BMC: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated June 29, 2021, the BOD of Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on June 30, 2021 at Thanh Binh Guest House, No.06 Ly Thuong Kiet, Quy Nhon City due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be informed later.
