DCL: Increasing charter capital

On September 16, 2021, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the following issues:

1)       To increase its charter capital from VND568,328,240,000 to VND588,328,240,000.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.

-          New charter capital: VND588,328,240,000

-          Stock volume: 58,832,824 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share.
