SBT: Approved the stock issuance to pay dividends for FY 2019-2020 The Board resolution dated September 13, 2021, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved to implement the stock issuance plan to pay stock dividend for the fiscal year 2019 – 2020 with details as follows:

- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Issuance ratio: 5% (100:20) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 31,457,544 shares
- Issuance price: VND10,000/share
- Total value of issuance (at par value): VND314,575,440,000
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
