CMX: Contributing capital in Camimex Farm

On September 13, 2021, the BOD of Camimex Group Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital for establishing Camimex Farm Company Limited to implement the project “Construction investment, Research, High-tech Seafood Production”. Details are as follows:

-          Amount of contributed capital: VND200,000,000,000, accounting for 44.44% charter capital of Camimex Farm Company Limited.

-          To appoint Mr. Bui Si Tuan as Representative of contributed capital of Camimex Group Joint Stock Company in Camimex Farm Company Limited.
