-         Number of outstanding shares: 95,999,800 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 108 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,799,990 shares

-         Issue ratio: 5% of number of outstanding shares.

-         Selling price: VND 10,000/share

-         Time for transfer restriction:

+ Shareholders who will be transferred 40% shares after 12 months from the finish date of the issuance;

+ Shareholders who will be continued to transfer 30% shares after 21 months from the finish date of the issuance;

+ Shareholders who will be continued to transfer 30% shares after 27 months from the finish date of the issuance.

-         Time for settlement: from September 22, 2021 to October 13, 2021.
