DIG: Approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP The Board resolution dated August 31, 2021, the BOD of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:
1) Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

- Number of treasury shares: 0 share

- Time for transferring restriction: 03 years from the finish date of the issuance.
- Issuance price: 15,000 dongs/share
- Ending date: August 31, 2021
- Time for transferring shares: expected in September 2021.
