DGW: BOD approves to issue shares to raise capital and dividend payment

On August 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Digiworld Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity and the 2020 dividend payment:

1)      A plan for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share.)

-          Record date: August 23, 2021

2)      The 2020 dividend payment in cash:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000/share)

-          Payment time: September 08, 2021.

-          Record date: August 23, 2021.
