TEG: Contributing capital to establish a company

On July 19, 2021, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TEG) decided to contribute capital to establish Hoi Van ONSEN Co., Ltd., as follows:

-          Location: Hoi Van hamlet, Cat Hiep commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province, Viet Nam.

-          Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000.

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Owning ratio by Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company: 60%, or VND90,000,000,000.

-          Representative of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company at Hoi Van ONSEN Co., Ltd.: Mr. Dang Trung Kien, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
