TCD: Increasing charter capital and amending charter

The Board resolution dated July 15, 2021, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to increase its charter capital to VND872,091,520,000, equivalent to 87,209,152 shares due to stock issuance under ESOP in 2021.

2)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
