SZC: Signing an agreement with Sonadezi Giang Dien

According to the decision dated July 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) approved the signing of a construction supervision consulting service agreement with Sonadezi Giang Dien Shareholding Company. The value of the agreement is less than 35% of total assets of SZC in the latest financial statements.
