TVB: BOD resolution on the distribution on unsold shares The Board resolution dated July 07, 2021, the BOD of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Corporation approved the following contents:
1) Approving the result of stock offering to existing shareholders:
- Distributed volume: 35,571,936 shares
- Fractional shares cancelled: 347 shares
- Registered and paid volume: 35,571,936 shares
- Unsold shares volume: 494,791 shares.
2) Approving the plan for the distribution of unsold shares:
