CMV: Board resolution on the consolidation of profit after tax

On June 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company approved to consolidate the profit after tax of Bach Viet One-member Limited Company in 2020 in Camau Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the profit after tax of Bach Viet One-member Limited Company until December 31, 2020 was 3,357,198,365 dongs.
