SJS: Resolution on the AGM 2021 On May 03, 2021, Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:
1) Approving the report on the BOD activities.
2) Approving the business result in 2020:
- Revenue (parent company): VND852 billion
- Profit before tax (parent company): VND74 billion
3) Approving the business plan for 2021:
- Revenue (parent company): VND1,079 billion
- Profit before tax (parent company): VND151 billion
- Dividend: 10%.
4) Approving the report from the Supervisory Board.
5) Approving the audited financial statements in 2020.
6) Approving the profit distribution and dividend payment in 2020:
- Remaining profit after tax of previous year transferred: 26,864,005,987 dongs
- Undistributed profit after tax of 2020: 15,340,195,858 dongs
- Reward fund: 1,945,300,000 dongs
- Welfare fund: 833,700,000 dongs
- Dividend: 34,169,244,000 dongs
- Remaining profit to transfer next year: 5,255,957,845 dongs.
7) Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2020: VND 720,000,000.
8) Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2021: VND720,000,000.
