3) Approving the plan for profit distribution and dividend payment in 2020:

- Distributed funds: 32,842,356,920 dongs:
+ Financial reserve fund (5%): 16,421,178,460 dongs
+ Reserve fund for supplementing charter capital (5%): 16,421,178,460 dongs
