MCP: Notice of postponement of the holding of AGM 2021

On June 29, 2021, My Chau Printing & Packaging Corporation announces the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the company can’t hold the Annual General Meeting before June 30, 2021 and the company will commit to holding the Annual General Meeting this year until the appropriate time.
