SGR: Resolution on AGM 2021 On April 27, 2021, Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the fiscal year 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
1) Approving the business result in 2020:
- Total investment: 300,000,000,000 dongs
- Profit before tax: 125,920,000,000 dongs
2) Approving the business plan for 2021:
- Total investment: 1,257,000,000,000 dongs
- Profit before tax: 261,980,000,000 dongs
- Dividend: 20%
3) Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2020.
4) Approving the profit distribution in 2020:
- Profit after tax of 2020 (parent company): 101,864,501,071 dongs
- Dividend (15%/charter capital): 90,000,000,000 dongs
- Reward and Welfare fund (2.5%) 2,546,612,526 dongs
- Remaining profit of 2020 after the distribution: 9,317,888,545 dongs.
