VIX: Approved the transaction with related party

The Board resolution dated June 10, 2021, the BOD of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the agreements related to the bond issuance consulting for GEX Investment Company Limited, including:

-           Bond issuance agent and consulting contract;

-          Bond depository registration agent contract;

-          Securities mortgage contract;

-          Authorized contract.
