VPG: Board resolution on bank borrowing

The Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved to receive a credit limit at Agribank – Bac Hai Phong Branch as follows:

-          Loan form: credit limit

-          Credit limit: VND800 billion

-          Purpose: to increase the Company’s working capital

-          Loan term: 12 months from the date of signing of credit agreement.
