HID: Board resolution on increase the ownership ratio at VKT – Hoa An

According to the Board resolution dated June 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to increase the ownership ratio at VKT – Hoa An Solar Plant Joint Stock Company by purchasing shares from the existing shareholders:

-          Estimated buying volume: 139,000 shares

-          Estimated owning ratio after trading: 25%/charter capital

-          Estimated trading time: in Quarter 2 and Quarter 3 of 2021.
