RHB Securities Vietnam Company Limited announces Board Resolution No.11/2021 dated June 10, 2021 as follows:

The Board of Members of RHB Securities Vietnam Company Limited was unanimous that announcing and holding an official meeting was not necessary. The Board of Members approved the following resolution by sending it to members of the Board of Members.

+  Approving to open a new deposit account for stock trading summary of foreign investor at BIDV – Ha Thanh Branch (74 Tho Nhuom, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city);

+  Authorizing Mr. Lee Ming How, CEO cum Legal Representative, to sign as the representative of the holder of account above.
