VOS: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated May 17, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company approved the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on May 21, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time but no later than June 2021. The details will be informed later.
