BCG: Resolution on the AGM 2021

Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting 2021 dated May 15, 2021 with the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2020.
2. The AGM approved the report form the Supervisory Board in 2020.
3. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2021.
4. The AGM approved the plan for 2020 profit distribution.
5. The AGM approved the dividend payment plan with 2% in stock.
6. The AGM approved the business plan in 2021.
7. The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021.
8. The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.
9. The AGM approved to implement loan to issue bond in 2021.
10. The AGM approved the resignation of Mr. Anthony Lim as member of BOD for the term 2020-2025.
11. The AGM approved the conversion of bonds into shares.
12. The AGM approved the public offering for capital increase.
13. The AGM approved the stock private placement for capital increase.
14. The AGM approved the plan to implement the policy of bonus ESOP shares in 2021.
15. The AGM approved the supplement of the company’s business lines.
16. The AGM approved the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter.
17. The AGM approved the amendment, supplement of the Regulation on Corporate Governance.
18. The AGM approved the registration of the temporary transfer of stock transactions from the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
19.  The AGM approved the plan of Corporate bond issuance.
20. The AGM approved the appointment of Mr. Tan Bo Quan, Andy as member of BOD for the term 2020-2025.
