TCH: Resolution on the AGM 2021

Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting 2021 dated May 15, 2021 with the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2020 and for plan 2021.
2. The AGM approved the report form the Supervisory Board in 2020 and for plan 2021.
3. The AGM approved the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021.
4. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2021.
5. The AGM approved the profit distribution and dividend payment.
6. The AGM approved the change of the Company’s business lines.
7. The AGM approved the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter.
8. The AGM approved the amendment, supplement of the Regulation on Corporate Governance.
9. The AGM approved the stock issuance for dividend payment and public offering
10. The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board, salary of Directorate.
11. The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.
