SHI: Postponement of the holding of AGM 2021

On May 17, 2021, Son Ha International Corporation issued a decision to approve the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time but no later than June 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
