The Board resolution dated May 20, 2021, the BOD of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity as follows:

-          Stock code: VCI

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Current charter capital: VND1,665,000,000,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 166,500,000 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 166,500,000 shares

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND1,665,000,000,000

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (shareholders who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to receive 01 new share).

-          Time of implementation: Quarter II/2021 or Quarter III/2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Regulation on transfer restriction: none.

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND3,330,000,000,000.
