TCO: BOD resolution on transferring contributed capital in subsidiary

On May 19, 2021, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (TCO) approved to transfer the whole of contributed capital of VND60,633,000,000, accounting for 99.89% charter capital of Duyen Hai Transport Company Limited. After the transfer completes, Duyen Hai Transport Company Limited will no longer be a subsidiary of TCO
