FPTS: Board resolution on dividend payment and share issue The Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (short name: FPTS) approved to pay cash dividend for 2020 and issue shares to increase capital as follows:

a) To pay cash dividends for 2020
- Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

b) To issue shares to increase capital
- Estimated issue volume: 13,226,734 shares
- Exercise ratio: 10% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
