Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nguyen was appointed as the person in charge of corporate governance cum secretary as from April 28, 2021.

-          Mr. Truong Minh Thuan was appointed as CEO in the term V (2021-2026) as from April 28, 2021.

-          Mrs. Phan thi Hong Lien was appointed as Head of the Supervisory Board in the term V (2021-2026) as from April 28, 2021.

-          Mr. Nguyen Manh was appointed as Chairman of the BOD in the term V (2021-2026) as from April 28, 2021.

-          Mr. Truong Minh Thuan was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term V (2021-2026) as from April 28, 2021.
