DPM: Personnel change

On April 28, 2021, Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation announces the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tien Vinh as Chairman cum member of BOD of the Company from April 27, 2021.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Ta Quang Huy as member of BOD of the Company from April 27, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Hoang Trong Dung as Chairman of member of BOD of the Company to replace Mr. Nguyen Tien Vinh from April 27, 2021.

4)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Louis T Nguyen as Independent member of BOD for the term 2021-2026.

5)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Huynh Kim Nhan as Head cum member of Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2026.

6)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Ta Quang Huy as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 28, 2021.
