SZL: Personnel change

The Board resolution dated April 27, 2021, the BOD of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Anh Tuan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from April 27, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Xuan Sam as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 27, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Tran Hung Thinh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) cum Chief Accountant of the Company from April 27, 2021.

4)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trang as Head of Supervisory Board cum Head of Internal Audit Board of the Company from April 27, 2021.

5)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Pham Thi Thanh Mai as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary of the Company from April 27, 2021.
