FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Nguyen Dang Vu was elected as Head of the Supervisory Board in the term 2020-2025 as from May 17, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong as the CEO.

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hue as the Chairman of the BOD.

-          Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong was elected as Head of the Chairman of the BOD.
